As we opened the 9th Boeun County Council, we swore that we will obey all laws and faithfully fulfill our duties according to our conscience to enhance the rights and interests of the residents and for the development of the community.

We promise you again that we will humbly and faithfully represent the residents and try our utmost to improve the quality of life for the residents of Boeun County and to bring growth to the county.
