Respected citizens of Boeun! I am Yoon Dae-sung, Chairperson of the Boeun County Council.

I sincerely welcome all citizens who have visited the Boeun County Council website.

As we inaugurated the 9th Boeun County Council, we solemnly swore before the citizens of Boeun to faithfully perform our duties as council members by our conscience to uphold the law, promote citizens' rights and welfare, and develop our local community.

On behalf of the 9th Boeun County Council, I promise you, our citizens, that we will always humbly and diligently carry out our council activities to develop Boeun County and improve our citizens' quality of life.

Under the new slogan "A sympathetic council centered on citizens," the 9th Boeun County Council will do its utmost to create a trusted council image by listening to citizens' voices as their representatives and creating a council that sympathizes with and centers on citizens.
